Where is my money going towards?

Both donations and purchases are given to ​the Wake Med foundation. Please view our ABOUT page for specific information regarding Wake Med's system. Brace With Grace-19 hopes to reach all areas around Cary, Morrisville, Durham, Apex, Raleigh. etc to impact all of Wake County. Help us spread the word by sharing our website with others!

How can I trust your products? 

Brace With Grace-19 aims to provide the best of quality and service to customers. Every photo that has been taken on this website is closely identical to each bracelet that is made. As the products are personalized and handmade, we cannot guarantee full similarity. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, we will be more than happy to exchange a different one within 10 days of purchase (must be the same product or of equal price and in perfect condition).

Prior to the receiving of a product, bracelets have ONLY been touched by the maker to ensure cleanliness (See ABOUT page or VIEW PRODUCT for more information about each designer).

String from every bracelet was purchased from a sealed and tightly-closed package from Michaels (a trusted and credible craft store). If requested, before shipment, we will disinfect your bracelet(s) with a skin-safe spray. For more inquiries about our products please email: bracewithgrace19@gmail.com. 

How is each item shipped?

As Brace With Grace-19 is based in Wake County, we will currently only be selling to customers in the county. We apologize if this is of misconvenience.

Before shipment,  the bracelets are placed in a sealed bag. To prevent further contact with outside sources, every bracelet is hand-delivered to your mailbox/doorstep.

What is the return policy? 

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will be more than happy to exchange a different one within 10 days of purchase (must be the same product or of equal price and in perfect condition). Unfortunately, to reduce the spread of contact, we can only offer exchanges.

  • Your name and contact info

  • The part of Wake County you live in 

  • Pictures of your bracelet(s)- preferably high quality 

  • The name/further description information about each bracelet

  • Quantity/number of bracelets you have 

We will get to you within 2 business days.
