We were originally going to name this "Wayward Lilac", but realized that this moreso resembles the popular Filipino dessert called Halo-halo (aka Haluhalo) which is a concoction of crushed ice, evaporated milk, coconut strips, sago, fruit slices, flan, and topped with a scoop of Lilac ice cream.
