String from every bracelet was purchased from a sealed and tightly-closed package from Michaels (a trusted and credible craft store). If requested, before shipment, we will disinfect your bracelet(s) with a skin-safe spray.

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will be more than happy to exchange a different one within 10 days of purchase (must be the same product or of equal price and in perfect condition). Unfortunately, to reduce the spread of contact, we can only offer exchanges.

Prior to the receiving of a product, bracelets have ONLY been touched by the maker to ensure cleanliness. Before shipment, the bracelets are placed in a sealed bag. To prevent further contact with outside sources, every bracelet is hand-delivered to your mailbox/doorstep.
